You will hardly believe it, but we can also find use for GECKO Booking in world of cinema. After a few small adjustments, we have had great pleasure of using the system in Hvalsø Bio.
We use the calendar to get an overview of all our different activities we have in the cinema, and in the marketing add-on we have compiled various interest groups in separate companies, to which we mail the news that are relevant for these particular groups.
Approximately 6 months ago we switched to using GECKO Booking. We have not regretted it for one second. All our therapists have their own calendar and we can quickly get an overview of all bookings. Our customers can book an appointment online with the therapist of their choice, which makes it easier for them. Our therapists can now see how many bookings they have or change a working day from home.
Another great bonus is that our customers receive a SMS 2 hours before their treatment. Customers who previously would have forgotten their appointment now shows up, and our therapists no longer have to sit around waiting for customers who do not show up. It has also been an advantage financially, since we no longer have empty time slots in the calendar because customers did not show up. In this way, the costs of GECKO Booking make a profit.
In addition to the clinic we have our school, Lasota Terapi Academy, which has high numbers of sales. We can administer this in the integrated cash register system. All our students can be set up to use the system. Likewise, we can choose whether or not our sale should include VAT.

FysioZone offers physiotherapy and massage to both companies and individuals. Furthermore, there is the option of treatments in the customer’s own home.
In the online booking system you have the option of creating multiple therapists and more treatment types. Any therapist can control which treatments he/she offers and at what times. In addition, the therapist has access to his/her own calendar, which can be updated by both the therapists themselves and by new incoming bookings from the website.
All in all, it is a significant administrative relief for FysioZone.dk. Additionally, it is a great service for the customers, who can now book appointments whenever they want 24 hours a day.
