Online payment

 

Allow your customers to pay for services and/or vouchers online.

 

The voucher add-on at GECKO Booking costs 0 DKK for the installation and has a rental fee of 149 DKK exclusive of VAT per month. Additionally, you can purchase payment via Mobilepay for 49 DKK per month. 

The Online Payment Add-On requires that GECKO Booking's standard system and either the Cash Register Add-On or the Gift Voucher Add-On has been purchased.		 In addition, a merchant agreement with either Nets (DK customers only) or PayPal is required.

Subscription warrant 3D Secure
If a subscription warrant is desired, an agreement with Nets must be entered. The price is 249 DKK excl. VAT. per. month, and there will be no additional costs to Nets for adding the subscription warrant. You can add 3D Secure to your online payment add-on.
With this add-on, you are better secured against fraud,
if a stolen credit card is used as payment method on your website. If you use 3D Secure the bank who issued the card is responsible for the amount. The price for adding 3D Secure is 249 DKK excl. of VAT per month.It can only be used with international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard etc.). 
Included in the online payment add-on is: 

  • The customer can pay for services at the time of the booking (if the cash register Add-on is purchased)

  • The customer can pay for vouchers online (if the voucher Add-on is purchased)

  • Option of accepting payment by dankort (DK customers only), credit cards and/or PayPal

  • Payment gateway that has a secure and direct connection to Nets or PayPal 

  • Direct connection to GECKO Booking

  • Online payments are managed easily
 

Merchant agreement with Nets

GECKO Booking's Online Payment Add-On requires that you have entered into a merchant agreement with either Nets (DK customers only) or PayPal. You can read about it and apply for the merchant agreement with Nets here
